Daniel combines expertise in real estate, investment strategy, and international business. His primary focus is on income-producing properties, premium residences, commercial assets, and real estate opportunities designed for clients seeking to protect, grow, and diversify their wealth.
Through his global network, Daniel and his team support clients well beyond a property purchase or sale. When needed, they connect clients with legal, accounting, financial, and tax professionals to assist with matters such as corporate structures, investment planning, asset protection, and acquisition strategies.
Baires International Realty also provides access to off-market opportunities and private listings that often do not appear on the open market and are not available to most Realtors. This allows clients to pursue unique real estate opportunities through a more discreet and strategic approach.
In 2017, Daniel founded Baires Homes in Buenos Aires, a company specializing in short-term rentals for corporate clients, expatriates, and embassies.
Before focusing on real estate, Daniel spent 16 years at Qualcomm LATAM as Director of Business Development, based in Miami, Florida; San Diego, California; and Buenos Aires, Argentina. In that role, he contributed to the expansion of Qualcomm products and services across multiple Latin American markets.
He also held commercial roles at Banco de Galicia, Movicom, and CTI in Argentina.
